Kirklees Council were looking for a new way to engage young people with regard to local democracy.  Mezzo Films were commissioned to create a module based programme on DVD to be shown over six lessons covering a variety of aspects of local democracy. 

The 25 minute programme can be shown in full, or be viewed over a six session period.
